User Refund Policy

At Buzzlu, we strive to provide our users with a seamless and rewarding shopping experience. Since our products include digital gift cards, coupons, subscriptions, and mobile/DTH recharges, we follow a strict and transparent refund/return policy:

Digital Gift Cards & Coupons

Once a gift card or coupon code has been delivered to your registered email or mobile number, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please ensure you select the correct brand, denomination, and recipient details before confirming your purchase.

Note: In case of a technical error where you do not receive your code within the stipulated time, please contact Buzzlu Support immediately.

Subscriptions

All subscription purchases made via Buzzlu are non-refundable once activated or delivered. If you face an issue with activation, Buzzlu will work with the partner brand to resolve it.

Mobile & DTH Recharges

Recharges are processed instantly and are non-refundable once successfully completed. If a recharge fails but the amount is deducted, the refund will be initiated back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Special Circumstances

Failed Transactions

If your payment is debited but you did not receive the product (gift card, coupon, subscription, or recharge), Buzzlu will verify the transaction. Once confirmed, either the product will be reissued, or a refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Incorrect or Unauthorized Purchase

Buzzlu is not responsible for purchases made with incorrect details, unauthorized access to your account, or accidental orders. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Technical Issues and Service Disruption

If your payment is processed but you do not receive your digital product due to technical errors, we will investigate within 24-48 hours and either reissue the product or process a refund within 3-7 business days. Buzzlu is not responsible for temporary service unavailability due to issues with service providers, brand partners, or other factors beyond our control.

Account Management

Account Cancellation

To cancel your Buzzlu account, please email support@buzzlu.com from your registered email ID. Any unused Buzzlu Wallet balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Important: Already purchased and delivered digital products (gift cards, coupons, subscriptions, recharges) cannot be refunded upon account cancellation as they are non-refundable once delivered.

Wallet Balance and Inactive Accounts

If your Buzzlu account remains inactive for over 12 months with unused wallet balance, we will send reminder notifications to your registered contact details. To reactivate, you must make a purchase worth at least ₹10. Unclaimed wallet balances may be forfeited as per our terms and conditions.

Promotional Offers

Deals and Campaigns

Buzzlu deals, offers, cashback campaigns, and promotional events may be cancelled or modified at any time without prior notice. Once promotional codes are redeemed and products are delivered, no refunds will be provided even if the promotion is subsequently cancelled.
